Assemblage

I’ve always been interested in what remains, the potential for accidental art that exists in off cuts and leavings intrigues me. I accumulate items of various sizes and types. While being cast offs, the energy that remains in these items demands attention. When I have time to play, I create assemblages using these toys. Some I photograph, intending to recreate them somewhere down the line, and others are flights of fancy, done for the moment.
